AutoReport is free.

Our promise
AutoReport is free. There is no charge, so there is nothing to refund. You type in the car (make, model, year, mileage) and get a buyer's report built from live Estonian market listings, a curated model-knowledge base, and AI. If a report fails to generate, just run it again.
If a report fails
Because the service is free, there is no payment to reverse. If a report doesn't come out right, you can simply run it again, no cost, in these cases:
- The market listings were thin for that make and model on the day you ran it
- The report didn't finish generating or showed an error
- You spotted a typo in the make, model, year, or mileage you entered
What to do
Just open the form, re-enter the make, model, year, and mileage, and run the report again. It's free, so there's no limit and nothing to claim back. If something keeps failing, email us and we'll look into it.
There's nothing to refund
Since AutoReport doesn't charge anything, there is no payment to return, ever. A report is a directional buyer's view built from market listings and a model-knowledge base, not a guarantee about the specific car. If you're unsure whether the format is useful, look at the sample reports first, they're free too.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Estonian consumer protection law (TKS) or EU consumer protection directives. The service is provided free of charge. If a court determines a statutory right applies in your specific case, that right takes precedence over this policy.
