Our promise
AutoReport is a pay-per-report service. You leave your email at checkout. If something on our side goes wrong, the report doesn't reach you, the registry data is missing for your plate, or you're charged twice, we re-send the report or refund you in full. By purchasing, you agree the report is delivered immediately and waive the standard 14-day EU withdrawal right for digital services once it has been delivered.
When we refund
We refund (or re-send the report, your choice) in these cases:
- Registry data was missing or incorrect for your specific plate
- The PDF or report email failed to arrive within 24 hours
- Duplicate charge from a payment retry
How to request
Email us from the address you used at checkout and tell us which of the cases above applies. We'll re-send the report or process the refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
What we don't refund
Once the report has been generated and delivered, we don't refund because you didn't like the conclusion, changed your mind about the car, or decided not to buy. The report is what you paid for, it has been delivered. Look at the sample reports before you pay if you're unsure whether the format is useful.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Estonian consumer protection law (TKS) or EU consumer protection directives. If a court determines a statutory right applies in your specific case, that right takes precedence over this policy.
